PDP campaign vehicle harms four in Kogi

A G-wagon on the campaign trail of the Peoples Democratic Party on Saturday ran into a kiosk and killed all four occupants.

The said G-wagon vehicle was a backup ride for the campaign of the PDP governorship candidate Musa Wada.
The event which was said to take place at Idah , the ancestral headquarters of Igala kingdom, is reported to not be the first to occur, but the second incident in two weeks, as a second incident in two weeks, as a similar accident occurred during which two people were killed on the Ankpa/Ayingba road.
In a statement, the chief administrator of  the Idah local government, Area of the state, Hilary Amodu had blamed this situation on the reckless driving of the driver saying, “This kind of reckless driving that has been going on in Idah in the name of political rallies is no longer going to be entertained.”
The publicity secretary Musa Wada/Aro campaign organisation  Faruk Adejoh has stepped up to say that two people died, while was injured.
